bankermai, how are you likeing usa now? i applied for our I-130 back in july of 2008 and here we are still waiting and almost 6 months in ap, meanwhile everyone else getting their visas, just doesnt seem fair and some ppl get no ap at all or very little ap, of course im happy for those ppl whose visa journey is over, i just wish this long wait would come to an end , this is so hard.

Yes I agree with u it is bit unfair that some people have to wait much longer than others but I would say its all about the luck . In start it was dificult for me to adjust here in US . new culture new people away from ur family and specaily with new food . but as the time is passing I m getting fine and all credit goes to my lovely wife she is so sweet and supporting all the way . the main problem i faced in first fifteen days was sitting all alone in home . But as ALLAH helped us thorough out our visa process he showered his blessings on us here to . just after 15 days I got my first interview call and they hired me as a Software Engineer . and now I am fully busy with my Proffessional and personal life . and now i m getting very much adjusted in my new life . ALHAMDULILLAH

Ur husband is in my prayers INSHALLAH with in few days he will get his Visa with the grace of ALMGHTY ALLAH . and when u guys will be together u will forget all the pain u suffered in this painful visa journey and AP .

I was worrying why your case was taking such a long time as well. I know my hubby has a very common last name and blame his wait-time on that. But for you I was hoping you would hear back soon. Yay! Yes. I am praying for Wellmux to get his visa soon too. All the time. I know he has waited so long. I know it must be so hard for you, sister, waiting for him to come home. I have only been away from Zaheer for a little over 2 months, but still.. it has been so hard. I hope the weather over on your coast is good. It has been a little cold here on the southeastern coast of FL. which is unusual for us. Iguanas have been falling from trees. Imagine. A big green lizard falling out of a palm tree. LoL. We lost a lot of strawberry crops too. I hope when your hubby gets to come home the weather will be nice and cooperative. Sometimes, I am thankful to Allah that Zaheer didn't get his visa last week, or before that.. or whenever they were having such bad weather in NYC. I don't want him to have to get stuck there like I did. It sucks that he can't just fly directly into FL and has to go through NY. But, I wish that all works out. Congrats to all who have passed their waiting game of AP and keep praying for Wellmux and myself to hear something soon. This friday I find out the scheduled C-Section date for the baby. Just 3 more weeks. It will be either March 17, 18, or 19, most likely. So, everyone pray that all goes well for me as well. This is my second surgery and I am afraid since Zaheer isn't going to be here with me.

on Monday i called to Islamabad embassy to ask abt my visa status the operator he told me that ur still under AP then i ask him that how much time its will take he said it will take like one month more he said that ur AP will finish to march 9 2010 insha Allah.

so im confused that it is sure or not bz in march my wife want to visit me again....

plz plz pray for us........... bz we really depressed bz of distance between us.

no way armani, they dont tell you how long ap will take, they only tell you status, haha, oh how i wish they would give that info
