Timeline

Okay so just today I was checking our timeline since there hasn't been an estimated adjudication time for a few weeks. Anyhow EARLIER (like an hour or so ago) there appeared a date, finally. The dates said Aug 9-Sept something as the estimated time. Now, I realize this is just an estimate. Since just a few weeks ago, it said possible adjudication between July 7-August 16 or something to that effect. So, I know based on similar timelines, this date will change and doesn't actually reflect when you are truly approved. Anyhow NOW, it says estimated dates of October 28, 09 to October 26, 2010. SERIOUSLY?

Is this some kind of cruel joke? How can that change like that with in a couple of hours? I know it's just an estimate and I realize it can take some time, but seriously.........a year to approve the I-130? Argh!!! Sorry folks, just had to vent!!!

Sweetie, NEVER go by that time line, go by your group of your filing month. Watch their progress, and you should fall right in there with the rest of the approvals in your group.

Truly happy!!!

the visajourney one can easily be manipulated, or by people who didn't enter it correctly...

watch, enter year 2100.. then see what happens to your adjudication..

Good mornig Castawasy, all weekend, stayed away from VJ and USCIS, still no approval, found out Friday that the touch Thrusday was real, officer working on my petition. But USCIS on line case status still shows evidene received and case resumed pending, UGH!! oh well, Betsys still show that is is just finished NVC, so will keep close watch with On line stauts and the U.S. mail. A approval would be a great 4th of July for us.

Its a new week, they are processing again, lets see what this week brings, short week for some due to Friday being the holiday, best wishes all.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
