But I cant seem to find the answer

What will my status be when I'm married and file for my AOS?

Like how would I answer that question on a job posting?

Thanks

Once AOS is approved, you are a Permanent Resident of USA, or LPR (lawful permanent resident)...

Not sure what you're called before AOS is approved, good question

Prior to your AOS approval, you are an AOS applicant. For a job posting, once you have your EAD and you are allowed to work, you are Employment Authorized. Once you get your green card you are a Permanent Resident.

You are considered "out of status" after your k-1 expires and before your AOS is approved.

I would avoid saying anything such as your quoted statement if you're applying for work. "pending approval..."is much better. Since you can't work until you get your EAD anyway, I wouldn't be applying for anything without being "employment authorized".
