I recieve a letter stating that our case will be transferred to California service center.

Some of my friends recieved an approval notice and interview notice but they didn't recieve a transfer notice.

What does it mean when your case is transfered to California??

Thank You very much!!

Just want some clarification.

Same was done to us; if you do a search on the forums you will find that many people who got transferred to CSC got approved without the interview. Our case was transferred, and that did happen---approved without interview. When I did my search, I only read about 1 case that got transferred and still had the interview; thus, odds say you will most likely get approved without an interview! Best of luck! :)

That's great news, you won't go through and interview and will get you GC someday soon :)

Here is a fresh post of somebody that got transferred to CSC, but then got transferred back to the national benefit center, so most likely as somebody says in the post, they will get an RFE or get an interview---so yea, not guaranteed the transfer to CSC will get you out of the interview, but chances are pretty good. Also, somebody there posted that they got transferred to CSC, back NBC and back to CSC....
