So i'm about halfway through the AOS process (thanks so much for this site!!!). We've submitted all the paper and even got my EAD/AP.

The question I've got is my wife is thinking of she may not have a job much longer. Given the current economy she might not be able to find a job before any interviews. We live together and I make enough money for the both of us. If she does quit what could we do to make sure the I864 I filled doesn't cause a problem.

Can I bring in W2/Pay Stubs? Would we have to re-file?

The I-864 is a present tense form. it was true the day you filed it. Let it go at that. We had absolutley no questions about it. If THEY ask, you would need to be honest and they will give you an aopportunity to provide a joint sponsor. I doubt it will be an issue.
