form I-131 Q#1 &2 in part three

Ok so we plan on making at least two separate trips in october this year and april next year so I am filing out the i-131 form. but i am unsure if i should put both trips down in those two questions or just put the first one down? it does later ask you if you want to make one trip or multiple trips but its a tick box :unsure:

Secondly because of we were unsure as the outcome of my applying for advanced parole we haven't set exact dates yet. and havent booked the tickets for the trip to england for next april either. the october trip will be by car into canada so we dont need tickets. so do we really need to provide exact dates? or can they be month and year?

lastly do you think I could get away with just stating(In addition to the trips) that i also want the ap document in case of emergency where i would have to rush home to the UK? :unsure:

Just list the first trip.

you do not need to provide dates.

AP is an interim benefit of I-485, you do not need to list a reason for applying for it.

Lucky you, UK citizen can visit Canada without a visa, so AP or green-card is all that is needed to visit Canada and return.

The AP is for multiple entries until it expires (1 year). If you know the dates of the first trip, list them. If not, just leave it balnk or answer "to be determined" I left it blank on my wife's application, no problems.
