I-864 package?

Or are you talking about the 485 package?

Do you mean your going to send 2020.00 total?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

For the I-130 the fee is =$ 355

I hope you meant I-485 instead of I-864.. otherwise you are sending the wrong form...

The fee for I-485 is = $1010

Make sure you send this forms with your I-485--->I-694, G-325,I-864

These two forms are free when you file for I-485

Work permit I-765 and travel permit I-131 Make sure you get these two so she can work and go home while everything is in process... if she leaves before she's a resident everything will be canceled. i hope this helped

If they refuse based on visa-fraud, there will be a ban on her return in the future for a certain period. The problem is that when adjusting status from Tourist, you dont have the right to appeal. If your marriage is legitimate, you are usually granted leniency, but make sure you have enough evidence to prove bonafide marriage and continuing relationship. Another way is she goes back and applied for a K visa from back home.

Prepare all forms with supporting documents for each individual application.

Use the same package to for all applications and send them out

I-130: $355

I-485: $1010 (You may add I-131(Advance Parole) & I-765(Employment Authorization) along with the I-485 since its included in the fee.

The guidelines with these forms will explain what additional documents or forms are to be added alongwith each application.

G-325a for you and your spouse, I-864(Affidavit of Support), I-693(Medical) are a few that must go out with the application.
