ah,so tapos kna pala...

I got my interview date too this july 16,09 all the information is gathered except for my husband kids birth certificate, his kids is grown no costudy thing or child support anymore since his done to all of it. Im so confuse coz theres no way we could get all of his kids birth certificate one of them is not even here in colorado. please if u guys have any idea it might be a big help for us.

Anyway this is how it was stated in the list "If your eligibility is based on your marriage, in addition to your spouse coming to the interview with you, bring

"If either you and your spouse were ever married before, all divorce decrees copies "which we have already have a copy" and birth certificate for all children of this marriage, and costudy papers for your children and for your children not living with you. Do you think this is only applied to kids under 18 or what coz it dont make sense to me his oldest daughter is 22 and the youngest is 19 and this youngest girl have kids already and married too so basically all of them are all grown.

Pls pls i need ur help!!!!!

thanks,

emie

Hi there

it's about the kids are born in YOUR marriage (you and your spouse) not kids born in other marriages. So if he has not custody anymore or child support he has NOT to provide birth certificates or other documents from his kids. If you and him have kids, yes you need the birth certificate.

Good Luck!

Hello! Because of a delay in my fiancee's medical because of a silly tattoo on her ankle her interview has been moved to July 3rd at 8:30am. So if it's okay I'm going to join the July interview club. I want to wish everyone a pink slip for your July interviews. If anyone has a July 3rd interview please say hello to my beautiful and wonderful fiancee--Grace! Good luck to all!

Best wishes,

Grace & Steven

My unbelievable fiancee had a problem with her medical early last week because of a tattoo. She is so thoughtful to me that she "told" me after passing the medical that her rescheduled embassy interview was next July 3rd. Imagine my surprise when she woke me up in the middle of the night last night to tell me she passed her embassy interview and got the pink slip!!! Woohoo!!! She did this because she didn't want me to worry. Wow what a woman! She had called me a couple of nights ago and we were going over the paperwork. I tried to explain to her that we had plenty of time to organize and practice embassy questions, etc. I had no idea she was going to her embassy interview today (PH time). She'll get extra special treatment when she arrives in the United States in a couple of weeks *wink*wink* To all who are still toiling through the process just never give up and be prepared. To everyone here at Visa Journey this has been an incredible source of information and assistance. Thank you all!!! Now just a little more waiting until we can be together again!

Best wishes,

Grace & Steven
