Hi KamranAshraf1 - welcome to VisaJourney! And to the June N400 filers thread... :star: I'm sorry to hear your package has had no movement yet... The first thing to ask is did you use some kind of traceable mail (delivery confirmation or a service like that?) to make sure the package was received? If you know it was received, but they haven't cashed the check yet etc, I would call to 1800 line and ask for a second level officer, who can look up your file by A number and see if it has been logged into their system. Let us know some more info, and we'll try to help you out!

Thanks you for advising me.Yes i had sent n-400 application through cerified mail and i had recived the proof that mail was been delivered on JUNE 5th. I had call 1800 number and the the officer asked me to wait for 30 days.

U asked for more info,so what info should i provide??

I just wanted to say hello to all of the June N-400 filers. Some of the names I recognize from previous threads- it's been a long 4 years since I first joined Visa Journey trying to navigate our way through the various paperwork needed for our family to be together. We're finally at the final hurdle- naturalization. After the stress of removing conditions, this is almost anti-climatic. (almost!) Good luck to all of you!

See my timeline for all previous dates!

Naturalization:

6/28/09: Mail N-400 to Texas

7/6/09: NOA1

7/24/09: Biometrics

10/08/09: Interview

11/21/09: Receive oath date

01/22/10: Oath Date

Hello everyone!

I am posting off my N-400 tomorrow...do you think this will be enough evidence? Here is everything I am sending off:

Hi KikiDoug - I think your list of evidence looks great. That's a very similar package to what we sent in also, it's not clear to me how much evidence we're supposed to provide of the marriage being ongoing. I'm guessing that when we get to interview, its better to be over-prepared than under-prepared... so I plan to take boatloads of stuff just in case, and hopefully we won't need any of it :D

MY ASC centre is now ft myers for 751 bio is was ft lauderdale

but eh will take the closer one.

wonder where my interview and oath will be.

bet its not ft myers they love to send us gulf coasters to miami.

Hi KamranAshraf1 - welcome to VisaJourney! And to the June N400 filers thread... :star: I'm sorry to hear your package has had no movement yet... The first thing to ask is did you use some kind of traceable mail (delivery confirmation or a service like that?) to make sure the package was received? If you know it was received, but they haven't cashed the check yet etc, I would call to 1800 line and ask for a second level officer, who can look up your file by A number and see if it has been logged into their system. Let us know some more info, and we'll try to help you out!

Thanks you for advising me.Yes i had sent n-400 application through cerified mail and i had recived the proof that mail was been delivered on JUNE 5th. I had call 1800 number and the the officer asked me to wait for 30 days.

Great that you have the proof of delivery, so that means there shouldn't be a need to resend the application. Please don't take this wrong way, but do make sure there's enough money in your bank account to cover the check at all times (there's been some incidents of people who didn't and the package is returned to them). While I think it's strange that you didn't get a NOA yet, I do think you should call the 1800 line again, and INSIST to speak to a second level officer (a real USCIS officer, not the call center robot people), and ask them to look up your history by A number. That way you can check if there hasn't been an address typo or some other stupid mistake that is stopping you from getting a NOA. It is entirely possible that they are just taking a long time to open some packages in the mailroom, might be on the bottom of a stack that keeps getting new stuff on top. But you should get the Priority Date that is on your form and postmark. Let's give it until after the 4th July, then perhaps consider sending a new copy... sorry I can't offer much comfort, but you know the package is there, it's waiting for someone to open it....
