The attorney usually gets it if she was the one who filed for you. I believe there is a form or section of the petition that states one is using a lawyer, so USCIS sends all notifications to her.

I recommend unless time and money are of no concern you fire the attorney and do it yourself. You would save both in the process.

Yeah, I was told by the attorney that we both get it. One copy she will get and another one for me. But, its strange I have not recived by NOA1 and the check has been already cashed on the 28th. Also, I got the tracking on the mail and they have recieved it. So, when do I get the actual NOA1?
