Packet 3 Received - Getting Ready for Interview - Questions

Since we filed DCF do we need to provide evidence of a bona fide marriage at the interview? They pretty much questioned us on this already. The day I went to file my I-130 my husband was with me, although it was not required. The junior consulate (or whatever he is called) asked us marriage questions at that time (how did meet, how long did you date before marrying, how many kids does she (me) have).

The packet 3 doesn't say anything about my (USC) divorce decree. Should he bring a copy of mine to the interview? Does he need copies of mine and my children's (USC) birth certificates, or just him and his children?

We provided 2007, 2006 and 2005.. but only because they came from the IRS in time.. if they hadn't we wouldn't have stressed ourselves about it

Did they send you an interview date, or did you just get a notice that package 3 was received? If so, when is your interview?

After we send in our DS-230 that came with packet 3 (sending on Monday), we will get our packet 4 (interview notice), likely in a week or two, with the interview another week or two after that.
