This may sound like a stupid question but I am a little confused.

I just logged in to the NVC site and it shows my AOS bill of $70 is paid and I printed out the receipt and cover sheet. Is this the time to send in my I-864 packet or do I wait for furthur instructions?

I am mailing in the 3032 choice of agent (overnight) as soon as I log off here so at this moment they don't have that yet. I also see mentioned here to E-Mail the 3032---How?

Thanks

PLEASE read the guides: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...he_NVC_ShortCut

That link walks you through every possible step that will occur at NVC. It specifically says that After the AOS says paid you can send in your I-864 financial package.

Definitely read that NVC guide (From LingChe) a few times before asking any more questions....all the info is there and it is SOOOO helpful! That's what helped me through it all.

Good luck! It's a fast process, so be ready! :)

Thanks  . However, I have read the guides and shortcuts countless times and for me they are a little confusing. So was the lady I talked to at the NVC. That's why I ask these questions which may seem stupid to some. But i'm sure there are others here who are confused like me but don't want to post these questions. See I'm not afraid to come across as a moron. I've always lived by "if you don't understand it, ask somebody who does".

As far as the 3032 the lady at NVC said what I recieved was just a copy and my wife would have recieved the original which she is to sign. However the instructions say I can fax my copy to her for her to sign. I got confused, sorry!

So I mailed my "copy" with her signiture today. BTW nothing was ever sent to her, but with C.R. mail service that's understandable.

Thanks for the Email link, sent off my 3032 earlier today by Email as well but got a confusing response that I posted on my other post.

The giudes are a little confused right now as the NVC is changing everything over to email system. So the giudes still reflect the old shortcuts of making your own barcodes and mailing the choise of agent and getting invoice numbers. most of this you no longer need to do as NVC now send everything to you by email and you just follow the links and instructions given.

I filed for my Parents and they have not recieved anything in the mail. They have recieved copies of all the emails sent to me, but they got them about 3 days after I did.

Add the phone number for NVC to your speed dial as you will be calling them often as you make your way through NVC. You will want to check the auto voice response system to see whats happening and you can speek to a NVC officer whenever you want to, to get a update on how things are going. I called every day and spoke to the officers. They are very helpful.

That explains a lot of my confusion right there. When I talked to the lady she did take my Email and stated that for now on everything will be via Email. All seems good now, just in the final stages of assembling and double, triple,etc.... checking my I-864 before sending it off in the next couple of days.
