How do I make an info pass appointment?

Guys...how do I make an info pass appointment?

Nick and I filed for my Green Card at the end of September and have heard nothing.

It says they are currently working on early November filers!

I went on the info pass website and the options to make an appointment aren't clear.

The most logical reason for an appointment would be:

"You need service on a case that has already been filed"

I click on that and the options to go further don't apply to me...

"Order from immigration court" - I was not directed to them about anything to do with courts.

"Case processing appointment" - I was not sent a notice to contact a local office.

"EAD Inquiry" - has nothing to do with my problem

"Case service follow up appointment" - I have not made an inquiry, blah blah blah 45 days, bring your inquiry number, etc...

so..how do I go about making an appointment???

I'm so frustrated :(

I live really close to USCIS here. I went down one day just to make an appointment- they have a special machine there (kinda looks like an ATM) for making infopass appts. Turned out they had an opening then and there so I was talking to someone within 5 minutes. Wasn't much help though- they couldn't really tell me anything.

I pray someone has some answers for you, Laura. Keep us posted.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I clicked on "Need to speak with an officer in person" or whatever the wording was. Not sure if they have that option anymore. I don't think it particularly matters, to tell you the truth. Good luck, Laura. Hope it gets resolved soon.

these are the options they have now..

Please select Kind of Service you need

You need Service on a case that has already been filed

You are a new Permanent Resident and have not yet received your Permanent Resident Card

You want to file an application in person

You need information or other services

You need a form.
