I am a K1 Fiance Visa immigrant who just got married and is getting ready to file for Adjustment of Status. I read in the instructions for the application that K1 visa holders do not need to send an entire medical examination again, but just a "vaccination supplement". Does that mean I have to copy the one from the old report (from when I filed the 1-129F) or do I have to go to the doctor again to get a new one?

did you receive a copy of the DS-3025 from your visa medical exam?

did you receive a copy of the DS-3025 from your visa medical exam?

Yes

If vaccinations are complete, many people have adjusted status successfully by including a copy of the DS-3025 with the I-485 (my wife included)
