Hello all my fellow VJ'ers. I was wondering if any can help me out. I got an RFE and NVC recieved it on 4/27/09. I call every week and spoke to an operator once. I was told it's still under "final review". I also can't sign into NVC website, I did it just to see if I got the notorious ERROR message since most on here reported that meant your case would be complete soon. Well i got the error message but still nothing. Has anyone else experienced this? I was hoping to be completed and get interview since I will be in egypt for the whole month :unsure: Thanks so much.

Timing is still in the ballpark - Check the RFE - it probably says 60 days or so to process the RFE return.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

i see u need to be with your Hubby in Egypt to visit and attend the Interview in case they play games with him

thats perfect cz the same is my case ..

i really dont know abt the RFE ..but try to reach a supervisor whom can tell u exactly whats going on with ur case ...

as of me ..case is complete and we wait til lwe got the Interview date and get tickets etc etc ..
