I've read a few VJ members that were in the same situation. It's best to go on with the CR-1 or k-3. Now they saying it's not worth it to do the k-3. If you try to get a visitors visa it may be a waste of your money, time and expectations. Just go the route most married couples are going. They are aware that many people get pregnant and may use it as an avenue to come..not saying that it is your case. If it was easier to come on that premises more people will try to get pregnant. I didn't want to endure waiting, then waiting while pregnant not knowing if my husband will be here!! That's why I made sure not to get pregnant. I know it's hard for your wife, as well as yourself. Whatever decision you make I wish you all best.

My wife is in U.S, she is pregnant, for her baby delivery i would like to be with her in U.S. for my baby delivery.

She didn't applied for my immigration or submitted case yet.

For that purpose i wants to apply for U.S visit visa B2 is it gonna work ?

You have a wife, a fiancee and at least one of them is your first cousin and you want to come to the the USA? NO!

I strongly doubt that will happen. I had my baby here in the USA alone while my husband was in Pakistan. USCIS does not care if the spouse is pregnant, they make you wait like everyone else.
