I'm wondering why my case has not been touched...I saw a lot of people's timelines and they've been touched one week after their biometrics...but mine was like sitting there waiting for i dont know... :huh: is there anybody out there who's case seems like have been frozen ? just want to know if I am not alone, thanks ...

May 2000 - first time we met

June 2000 - started dating

Feb.16, 2008 - filed for K1

Feb. 25, 2008 -NOA1

July 26, 2008 -NOA2

July 31, 2008 - Package received ny NVC

Aug. 5, 2008 -Recieved by Montreal Consulate

Sept.12, 2008 -Packet 3 received

Sept.17, 2008 -Packet 3 sent

Dec. 12, 2008 -Packet 4 received

Feb 11, 2009 -interview

Feb 20, 2009 - K1 visa received

Feb 25, 2009 - US entry

March 18,2009- Wedding

AOS

April 9, 2009 - filed for application

April 15, 2009 - NOA received for I-1485,EAD, & AP

May 5, 2009 - Biometrics

May 26, 2009 - AP received

May 26, 2009 - card production ordered for EAD

June 5, 2009 - EAD received

July 7, 2009 - Interview appointment received

Aug 20, 2009 - Interview---approved

Sept 2, 2009 - Card recieved

When did u file?

Please update ur timeline or put it in ur signature.

N-400 Naturalization

04/25/2012 - sent N-400 package to USCIS Dallas

04/28/2012 - package delivered at USCIS Dallas

I-751 Removal of Condition

03/22/2011 - sent I-751 package to USCIS Vermont via USPS Priority+Certified mail with Return receipt

03/24/2011 - package delivered at VSC according to USPS tracking

03/25/2011 - package received by Center Director according to Return receipt

04/04/2011 - NOA received - dated 03/25/2011

04/11/2011 - Biometrics Appointment Notice received -notice date 04/08/2011

04/28/2011 - Biometrics Appointment - Done!

10/14/2011 - Card Production Email

10/17/2011 - Approval Notice received - dated 10/06/2011

11/04/2011 - 10yrs green card received

Your case is very "Normal" believe me. You haven't seen the "Wait" yet.

Just to comfort you I will give my timeline, you decide whether your case is slow or not.

02/20/09 I-485 Package received by USCIS

02/26/09 NOA1 Mail for I-485 & I-765 received

03/09/09 Biometrics App. Mail Notice received

03/24/09 Biometrics Done

04/27/09 EAD Card Production Ordered; Finally I can see 765 on-line but not 485

05/04/09 EAD Card received

0ur case status online has never been touched. We filed in September 2008, biometrics done, EAD, AP received, first interview was in April 2009 and second interview will be in June. It still says , ' 0n September 29, 2008 we received your petition to adjust status...blah, blah, blah. '

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Don't worry about touches, we NEVER had one on any of the applications.
