What to ask at infopass

I have made an infopass appt for tomorrow at 12:50, the last time I went I was totally fazed by the rude IO and said 'ok' to all her blunt answers. So this time I want to be prepared.

At the last appt she told me that my AP had been accepted on 04/07 - I still don't have it

All she told me about my I-485 was that it is 'pending', is there any other info she has on her screen I can ask about like 'what point is it at?', 'have my fingerprints cleared and been added', 'when was it last touched?', 'What dates of cases are being processed at this time?'

I just don't know what to ask to get a better idea of how far along things are, I can't see my case online and calling USCIS doesn't do anything.

It's 140 days since I filed for AOS from an F-1 visa.

When did USCIS received your response to RFE?

The time between your response to RFE and original filling does not count. So you should begin to count days from the day USCIS received your response.

This information they gave me when I called them.

You can only demand your AP.

You can ask about FBI namecheck, but I'm not sure if they have this information.
