HI Members,

first of all thank you so much to all the members of Vj for your helpful and kind advices.I received an interview letter from USCIS.its on 6th of july and also very auspicious day for me , His Holiness The 14th dalai lama Birthday.

Any way one more request from all members ...lol..lol

my friend is a green card conditional holder so can a conditional green card holder petition to bring a fiance to the US? please need help

only a US Citizen can petition a fiance.
