We are finally about to send our package... I'll put my timeline as soon as the envellope is gone!

Two questions, tho. Do you bind the whole package together with the fasterners? (I-130, I-485, biometrics etc), or do you separate the I-130 package and the I-485?

Same question for the payments. Do we have to send one check of 1365 or 2 checks for each package?

separate submissions (one envelope is fine) with separate fee payments

I separrated each case - AOS and required dox, EAD with needed dox, AP... etc. I even copied passport for each case three times, just in case. But i mailed everything in one envelope.

You re from Lafayette so we are neighbours

I sent one check - $1010 (i-485 + biometrics) and thats it!
