Affidavit financial requirements (K-1)

Hello fellow VJ ers,

I just have a quick question on the financial requirements that my wife needs to have to be my sole sponsor? When we originally filed the I-129f petition she was my main sponsor but we had her dad as a co-sponsor. Now though she makes more money, but we are unsure if this ammount is enough to cover the requirements.

Any information and advice would be much appreciated

I think for your wife to be eligible as sole sponsor her taxes would have to show 120% over the poverty level. What does her most recent tax forms say? they only require one year I am not sure if they are accepting 2008's tax year yet.
