Could anyone who has gone through a final K1 visa interview tell me approximately how long the actual interview takes, given you have all your documents and so forth in order? Also, my fiance has an appointment for 9:30 tomorrow and I suggested she be there by at least 9:15. Is there any waiting time or additional paperwork before the interview starts?

You can check the Embassy Reviews for specific embassies - most interviews I've heard about we in the 30 minute or less range (the actual interview that is). In/Out within a couple of hours (usually there's a bit of waiting for your turn, then a trip to a window, then finally the actual interview).

Yeah, you have to wait and meet a couple of people before to have your final interview. It took me 1hour and half to be done and my final interview was done after 10 Minutes.

You may want her to be at the embassy at least 30 minutes early and the interview process can take anywhere from 1 -2 hours depending on the embassy schedule that day, Good luck.

Ours was about 30 seconds. No questions asked, just gave back our originals and the pink card. Depends on consulate, etc. Check the consulate reviews for the consulate you will use
