Who are you wanting to send the e-mails to as proof? the USCIS or the US Interest Section in Cuba?

any evidence that is submitted to the USCIS that you wish to be considered as evidence that is in a foreign language MUST be translated into English. "Proof of relationship" evidence is NOT a requirement for the I-129F and is only optional. Required evidence for the USCIS is only the "proof of meeting" (face to face) within the last two years. "proof of meeting" and "proof of relationship" are two very different things.

YMMV

For the USCIS phone calls DO NOT prove meeting.... you can use this come interview time

For the USCIS divorce decrees for both are needed (if applicable)... USC's US birth or naturalization certificate or US passport ID page. Alien's BC will be required only at interview

YMMV
