Luish, can you give us some context?

Did this happen to you or to someone else (I know your sister also has a case pending...)?

When did it happen? If it's still at the embassy and has not yet been returned to USCIS, it's important to try to keep it active at the embassy. Once it returns to the US it enters a black hole and is much harder to get traction. What specific reasons were given in the rejection slip? If you post this additional information, you may be able to get further assistance here. Good luck!

Hi everyone

this is what my sister's boyfriend received at the embassy, a white piece of paper with a checkmark on this phrase: SECTION 212 (A)(5)(A) visa was denied due to no have presente enough relationship evidence, it also says that the petition will be sent back to United States iInmigration, and then a final decision will be made and sent to petitioner.

My sister is already back from Colombia, while she was there they did not allow her to talk to any supervisors or someone, all they told her was that visa was denied.

So I went and checked what that means and found out that those codes have to do with some kind of labor, and that confused me completely, that's the reason for me asking to clarify, before mysister goes ahead and marry him overthere, her plan is to ammry him in July, but that still does not assure her that he will get his visa or legal papers to come to the United Staes..

Thanks in advance.

My girl's interwview will be held on May 21, and I will there present.

LUISH
