Hi, I am hoping somebody can help.

I love my sweetpea from the Philippines and have been seeing each other for a couple years with our share of ups and downs. We are in the middle of the K1 process, however a career opportunity has arisen that would require me to move to Shanghai China.

I was wondering if there is anything we can do? Can we go through the respective consulates?

Thank you in advance.

what do you want to do... have her go to China?

She is fine with going to China and they seem to have more lax laws concerning entry from the Philippines.

then you need to understand the Chinese entry requirements, and then go to the respective Chinese consulate and begin any entry documentation process

she would need to have legal perminant residency to have her interview in China, and China is one of the toughest consulates, it's probably best for her to stay in PI and have the inerview there...
