I couldn't figure it out either, so we stuck all the forms (485, 130, 765, 864, 325A) and evidence into one package, and fedexed it. THAT address is easy to figure out and no guessing around (the "address for courier submissions", or words to that effect).

I agree with you... i just want to make sure that i'm gonna send my AOS package to the right address to avoid delays on the processing.

What do the I-485 instructions say about where to mail? I believe they are quite specific...no confusion. There is the address for mailing the application if using US postal service, and there is the address to use if you're mailing it using a courier service like FEDEX.

The other addresses, based on the state you live in are not for you....they're to be used if your underlying eligibility is other than K-1, or marriage. Please go back and read the instructions carefully....there is no substitute for that.

Direct from USCIS website re AOS applications:

File at:

USCIS

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

For courier/express delivery:

USCIS

Attn: AOS

131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5520

Therefore if you are sending it anything other than courier/express you send it to the first address.

NOTE: Tis is assuming you are filing AOS from K1/K3

Dai, naa sa I-485 instruction ang address...chicago na siya...just choose which one u prefer to send but i suggest, do it overnight USPS and use this address

USCIS

Attn: AOS

131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5520

It's $17bucks something for the freight. Overnight is better than sending it through regular mail.

Eternally destined,

Angel&Saint
