Forgot the I-751 actual app form in packet

So we had everything ready to send out. all form and eveidence and so of to the post office husband went.

Finally on it's way.

When he got home and check the 'copy' of our packet he noticed that we had everything in there, checks and all and it didn't have the actual application form...

So what do we do now. Can't recall it.

I am so bummed out and it stressy..... we have only 2 months till my card expires.

Any ideas? I was thinking of calling the, but usually you don't get the best answer out of them?

Will they just RFE us or sent anothe packet and cxl thes checks and have the good want send?

They will probably return the whole package, since the I-751 is missing.

Did you go to the post office and see if it's still there?

Did it happened just right now? You can still go back to the post office and ask them nicely, they will usually let you have the package back, but won't refund the postage though.

If it's already went out, then USCIS will send back the whole package to you, assuming you have current address on some of the evidence in the package, e.g. the check for the petition fee.

Yes, it does have our current address on it, however the checks still have our old address on. Except for those all recent evidence has our current address on it and is known by USCIS.
