List her current salary that her employer noted on their letter.

Part 25 is where gross income from returns is listed.

Note you can also use form I-864EZ, it is simpler to understand, it is used when: (NOT using a joint sponsor, NOT using assets, and IS sponsoring only ONE immigrant)

Hello there,

just a quick question here :) My wife is my only sponsor, so what should I put in there:

a) Her current official salary from the letter of her employer?

or

B) The adjusted gross income filed on her 2008 Tax return?

Thank you for your help!!1

Current gross income as on her employment letter, PLUS any other income (if any) that she can document.

Well yeah but her gross income filed with the IRS is $20,000 higher than her "official" salary...I was just wondering, anyway I'll go withe lowest figure it is still way more than what they want!

Thanks fro you help!
