Hello guys!!!! I really do not understand what is wrong with my case? I came to USA on K1 visa; we got married after one month. Me and my husband doing everything legally, he pays taxes; I am never overstaying in a past. So what is a problem?????

Anyway, my interview was on 02/04/2009. We got separated; I think it was “stocks” interview. They asked us…..100 questions and typed everything what we said. It was like a nightmare. After 4 hours IO said……we will notify you about our decision in a mail. NOTHING ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She took my I-94 and advance parole. But I didn’t get anything after 1 month, after 2 and even after 3. I called 3 times and made special requests, I got answers like…my case under review????? I made 2 infopass appointments ….but people in a office just told me…WAIT…..I don’t know what to do.

Is anybody has the same experience……??? I will really appreciate any replies……..

I wonder why they had you submit to the Stokes interview? Was there something to make them suspicious of your marriage? You might need to wait a few more months for your answer, and for now you are here legally, anyway.

I just do not want to lose one more year of school. Without green card I can't go like in-state tuition.

One thing why IO didn't believe us...it's my husband's money. His mom is helping us. She even came with us to interview and IO saw it.......I really have no clue......what it's can be?????

I think the good news is they took you AP and I-94. At our interview, it was handed back to my husband with " We can't make a decision because you are in background checks. " That being 2 days shy of 30 days ago.

Maybe it is time to get your congressperson and/or Senator involved.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

You need to contact the Ombudsman.
