Hello,

We have our interview date set and we're pondering our options. My wife isn't a fan of the HPV vac. so I suggested we ride things out regarding the vac. supplement. So here we are with the interview date.

We could:

A. Go ahead and do the form...maybe get a CS to over look the HPV thing by saying we are trying to have a baby at the moment.

B. Get the form and stage 1 of the vac.

C. Go to the interview without the form, hoping the interview doesn't focus on the medical stuff and we pass...or worst case get an RFE.

I know we won't get denied (at least i dont think so....)

So i wouldn't worry about it, the CS shouldn't even expect it. The way it happened for me is that I brought my form 3025 (??) the one from my doctor in France, I didn't meet the guy, I gave him $5 (I negotiated with the PA I met and made her acknowledge that $40 for transcribing the data from my original form to the i-693 was a rip off) and everything went fine.

As said several times before too, she has a K1 and coming from the UK she for sure meet the vaccination requirements as long as she kept them up to date... so you might as well decide not to send the 693 and just send the one from abroad!

Do you mind if I ask why does your wife does not want to take the HPV vaccination? IMO, is not a good idea to avoid getting vaccinated, when you DO have the age for that vaccination. Immigration wise it might be possible that she'll be OK, but what about actually being protected against HPV?

HPV is the cause of cervical cancer in 70% of the cases of women who are diagnosed with this type of cancer every year. Now, that is fact that might help her become a "fan" of the HPV vaccine.
