Want to know, if the Original Birth Certificate and Divorce deed of previous marriage is required at the interview. I have certified English Translations of both, but the the Birth/Deeds are copies. Will that be enough?

You many not even get an interview for your AOS but if you do, the USCIS will send you a letter with the documents you need to bring with you. If they ask again for you birth certificate and/or divorce decree, then you can just bring copies with you. The originals are not needed.

Since you are adjusting from a B1/2 (as far as I remember?), you will almost certainly be interviewed. Ideally, get the originals - I only had a copy of my birth cert and the IO asked for the original so I had to confess that the postal service lost it. She said she really needed the original but could 'work round it' as long as everything else was in order. Luckily it was and we were approved, but it was at her discretion, so I would really try and get the originals if possible. I think if she had really wanted the original birth cert, we would've been given x days to produce it then approved, so not the end of the world, but better to have it if possible.

Removing conditions:

10/9/10 - Package sent to Vermont

10/13/10 - NOA1 date, received 10/18
