need help advice

hi I am new to this and I think I made a mistake when I file my app

I only sent the application with the check I did not send any other information with it

can some one tell me if I am going to get request for all the other stuff or my application

or my k1 is going to be denied because all the info is missing

PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS

if u didn't send any evidence that u met each other within two years then they will request more info from u. have a look at the guide

I seen the guide but that was after I file the application I hope that they request more info from me

the evidence of meeting in person is no problem but the g325 and the passport photos I did not sent any of that

sorry but I dint read the instructions on this I feel so stupid I hope I dint waste 4 months on this and have to file again

Yep, that will get you an RFE. The petition will not be denied (not because of this). One of two things will happen, they will reject it and send it back to you with your check (best case) and you can attach all the documents and re-submit. No harm, no foul. Only lost time. OR they will cash the check and send you an RFE for the missing documents, basically the same result but may take more time. Get the attachments ready to send.

It happend to my husband, too when he sent it in the first time. He just send in a new one and the old one got rejected. But it depends on how long ago you already filed the petition...we recognized 2 days later and so we just did it and it worked out. But if it is already longer ago you might want to call USCIS and ask. I wouldn't just sit there and wait...this might be a waste of time.

I file on 12/22/08 is been 4 months to the day almost I am just waiting for anything from then asking me for more info that is what it say on the noa1

if they need anything else from me they will let me know I hope

Did you get a receipt from USCIS? Usually a few weeks after sending in the application you get a notice from USCIS that they received the application. If it has been 4 months w/o a receipt and/or cashing your check there is definitely a problem.

no I do have noa 1 I got that 5 days after I file back in december , is been 4 months waiting for eather noa2 or request for papers

The NOA1 is the receipt I referred to. If it were me I would have sent in the missing info as soon as I realized I forgot to send it (with a copy of the NOA1 so they could link up the missing info with the packet).
