badgerella,probaj da nadjes neko osiguranje na netu.

Ima ih dosta,nude sve i svasta pa moras da budes malo obazrivija.

Mi sad imamo HMO plan osiguranja(imm osiguranje preko muza iako kad nam je trenbalo nismo imali ovaj plan nego neki PPO,placali ga 150 dolar mesecno,pa cu zato sada sve troskove bolnice i sve pregledekrvu sliku,ultrazvuk,ultrazvucnu biopsiju,da placam narednih 20 godina,a ta njihova participcija je bila samo 20 dolara).

e sad su nam nesto izmenili,pa plcamo taj HMO plan 300 dolara mesecno uz participacije za svakog lekara od po 40 ili vise USD,ali se ja nadam da nam sad vise nista nece trebati.

Plus sto sa tim HMO planom moras primarnog doktora da izaberes iz mreze koju ti osiguranje dozvoljava,jer ako izaberes nekog sa strane-ugasio si ga,ima da ga placas papreno.

Ja sad vise ne idem nigde!!!!!

Ma znam koje osiguranje imam (Blue Cross Blue Shield). Popizditis ide na racun ogromnog deductiblea i opcenitog (mojeg osobnog) gadjenja, sto se ovog njihovog sistema tice. Uzasno me smeta to sto prvo moras krepat i imati dijagnozu da bi ti netko dozvolio da vidis nekog doktora.

Trazi certificate of coverage i vidjeces da pod preventive exams - a koji postoje u Americi - pokrivaju sve 100% tako da ti nista ne placas. Znaci da ti dijagnoza ne treba. Nazoves fino BCBS i pitas je li pokriveno i u kom procentu i s tim ides dalje. Morali ste dobiti neku brosuru koja opisuje sve sto osiguranje pokriva, sta spada pod deductible i u kojim slucajevima.

Da se ja pridruzim i cestitam ti ET dobro dosla u USA kada stignes....

Ja sam izgleda na totalno drugacijo stranici za sada od sviju. Juce sam dobila pismo idem da polazem za Americko Drzavljanstvo 26 Februara pa ako Bog da Marta 21 krecem za Beograd dje cu se vjencati sa mojim dragim i poceti process da bi on konacno bio odje kraj mene. Dosta mi je putovanja tamo amo zadnje 4 ipo godine.

molim te javi koja ti pitanja postave i naravno kad sve zavrsis sa polaganjem zakletve jer mene ocekuje prijava za drzavljanstvo za 35 dana! Je li odmah nakon zakletve (nadam se da ce biti prije nego sto krenes u BG) ides po pasos?

ivancicas onda znas kako je ovaj long distance...ponekad imam osjecaj da cu da poludim...jos kad zovnem tamo a ona krava mi kaze korisnik nije dostupan...

milimelo ponekad zakletva je par nedelja poslje ali ja cu da vidim pa da pokusam isti dan sve da bude jer cula sam da se moze ako sacekas poslje testa...sto se tice pasosa dok zavrsim sa zakletvom trcim u postu i narucujem pasos.

Mi smo se isto koju godinu razvlacili na dva kontinenta...

Cestitam na uskoro-drzavljanstvu, cure! :)

Sto se mog posla tice, danas sam odradila jedan telefonski intervju (to ovdje obozavaju, cini se, pogotovo velike kompanije) pa cekam njihov sljedeci potez. Nakon sto su malo bolje objasnili o cemu je rijec, nekako se nadam da me nece odabrati, haha. Mislim, firma je dobra, ali rad u call centru nije nesto sto si, manje ili vise potajno, zelim. Nisam luda niti za radnim vremenom, ali vidjet cemo. Dobre su beneficije, a mozda ima i nade za napredak. Iskustva u call centru imam napretek... samo mi se ne da natrag u te vode.

Poslije sam imala jos jedan intervju, licem u lice, i to u firmi u kojoj se puno prije vidim. Rijec je o poziciji jednog od tri sales managera - iz meni nepoznatog razloga, nakon tisucupetsto pitanja koja mi je teta postavila (a onda jos i vlastorucno pisala sto sam joj ja govorila), odvela me na potencijalno buduce radno mjesto i upoznala s potencijalnim buducim kolegama i obujmom posla. Takvo nesto mi se jos nikad nije dogodilo, ni na jednom razgovoru za posao. S obzirom da se ovdje svi tako lijepo smiju i pretvaraju da im je nenormalno super i ugodno u tvojem drustvu, tesko mi je reci kakav sam dojam na nju ostavila. Sto se kvalifikacija tice, to definitivno zadovoljavam, ali ostalo... a vidjet cemo. Zvat ce me pocetkom tjedna.

Dala mi je posjetnicu i sad mi moji kod kuce kazu da bih joj trebala poslati pismo. Zbunj? Navodno se to ovdje salje, kad si super ugodno iznenadjen atmosferom, svidja ti se firma, bas bi rado taj posao... kao trebala bih joj se zahvaliti na ugodnom razgovoru, napisati da mi se bas svidjelo u firmi i da su cure koje sam upoznala super pa da se bas jako (:dupeliz:) nadam da ce me zaposliti i da bi mi bilo bas super jako i previse drago da odaberu bas mene. Uhoh? Jel to netko radio?

Ne, ne i ne trcati u postu! Idi u NY Passport Agency http://www.travel.state.gov/passport/about...encies_912.html (prije toga nazoves da si zakazes appt) i ponesi sve sto traze za regularni pasos plus certifikat od naturalizacije plus svoju kartu - ovo je ako ti je put za 14 dana ili manje. Imaces pasos gotov ili za par sati ili za manje od 30 sati. Placas isto kao i za expedite tj $160.

bas kako Danijela kaze - Thank you note je nesto sto te istice od ostalih kandidata - mozes u svakoj Walgreens/walmart/CVS uzeti thank you note i napisati par recenica - hvala na intervjuu, uzivala si upoznavati kolege sa posla i nadas se da ce tvoje kvalifikacije odgovarati njima tako nesto.

Mogu ti reci da sam i ja na jednom intervjuu bila upoznata sa ljudima za koje bih radila. Par dana kasnije je stigao ugovor da se potpise ali sam u medjuvremenu bila uzela drugi posao.
