Hello from ST. PETERSBURG, RUSSIA everyone! (F)(F)(F)

I just want to join in on the great enthusiasm. I have been silently watching the posts from afar (in Russia) since May 6th. I am so lucky to be with my fiancee for this long. I want to send out a great thanks to everyone that posts on this site, because together we can actually understand some of what is happening with the USCIS. I am also a Nebraksa transfer... and after seeing that Gary was last touched on June 17th, that makes me feel better. And best of all, he too is a Nebraska transfer. I actually live in Nebraska, so hopefully mine will arrive today or tomorrow, unless they send it to my lawyer? Who knows where my RFE is going. But with the great news from Gary, we transferees can take some of the stress off and slip a little smile today and wish for the best.

I wish us all a speedy RFE and NOA2!!!:whistle::)

We got ours too. Mailed to North Carolina. We originally applied to Texas, and were then moved on to CSC. Our NOA1 date was 06-01-06. I've said this on another post elsewhere, but I just wanted to say that my heart fgoes out to those still waiting. Especially as it appears that some have way earlier NOA1 dates than ours. I hope you'll receive yours very soon and are getting towards the top of the pile for processing. Lets just hope that the extra people they are bringing in to clear the backlog makes a difference for everyone.

Hang in there!

NOTHING for me either.

I think the NSC to CSC transfers are getting royally screwed. I no longer care if I get it before I leave tomorrow. If I fedex it tomorrow or in two weeks I doubt it will make any difference whatsoever.

I'm feeling your frustration kitkat.... What is the point of even giving or noting a receipt date if you aren't going to process the petitions in order? You may as well just throw em' in a big pile and grab one with your eyes closed. But then again that could be how CSC works?

BTW I noticed you, luvalimey, and I all have the same timelines....

Hey we do! We're like...petition twins. :P

Thanks for posting about getting your RFE Gary. it gives me a little more hope.

Maybe I can stop being so mean now.

GOT IT JUST NOW! YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

IK HOU VAN JOU, MARK

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

Not that I am not happy for everyone getting the RFE's, especially the ones from Nebraska, but I am at the same time a bit upset at the moment. I have a NOA1 date of 3/24/06 from Nebraska and I still have yet to recieve my RFE, however I have noticed several people here with NOA1 dates of May from Nebraska that are getting the RFE's. Seems like perhaps California is working from newest to oldest!!! :crying::crying::crying::crying:

I sent it back Express Mail from the USPS. There was only one address to send it to, the P.O. box one. The RFE I got isn't like the one that is pinned. It looks like the VSC and the CSC each have their own forms.
