Hello everybody!

Please help me about this Adjustment of Status Forms that i can download and some requirements of it.

and how much the payments? it will be checks or cash? and my son is k2 visa we're the same form that i fill up and how much also my son payments for his part about this adjustment of status? please i need your help friendship! thank you so much.

You need separate forms for each AOS. Separate I-864 affadavits for each also, separate supporting documents. EACH person is a separate AOS. You CAN send them all in one envelope with ONE check for the full amount. Payment by check or money order (NOT cash) Payment is $1010 (if adjusting from K-1) for you and $600 for EACH child under age 14, IF filed at the same time. Over age 14 or filed separately is the same low price as you...$1010.

Although the AOS is, technically, the responsibility of the intending immigrant (you) I strongly suggest your US citizen husband do this for you or at least study the guides with you.
