Hi All,,

Time flies so fast I got my CR-1 on August 17th, 2007 and it is now getting close for me to send my I-751 (May 17th, 2009 as they said "90 days before your GC Anniversary").. I Started filing the form and I have the following questions:

- I got the reminder letter at my in-laws house, our old adders.. even I filed my AR-11 two times for my address change . I have the print out for the two address changes and I am planning to add them to my cover letter and package to show them I did not fail to file and update my status.. what do you think one this??? do I need to get a lawyer involved?

- what do they mean by Part3: 9. Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident? (If yes, attach a list of all addresses and dates.)?

Is it a list for all our US residential addresses during the last two years or non-US addresses if we lived outside the US for a while.. for my case:

- We lived with my in-laws for 4 months and after i got my first Job and felt safe there we move out for another department.

- After one year we moved again to a bigger apartment ... so i have on my record now 3 US addresses..

I want to thanks every1 on this form for the valid information that they share...

Hey :)

In terms of the address issues this is normal, see this thread. They should be sending notices to the address you put on the I-751 as far as I'm aware. You should include a copy of your change of address form and note why you have included it.

For the addresses, simply list ALL the addresses where you resided since you got your green card. It sounds like thats three addresses for you, so on a separate page put "Addendum to Part 3 Question 9" or something similar and then list the full addresses. Should be pretty simple :)
