Hey guys, I'm sending out my I-485, I-130, G-325A, I-864, and all documentation out tomorrow. I'm nervous and have last minute Q's.

1) How do I send everything out. We plan on sending it priority mail to the actual facility, not the P.O. Box. Should we just include all the forms together with 1 big staple, should we staple each form individually, or should we send everything unattached? (I'm assuming the medical envelope is separate from the actual paper forms).

2) How many pictures do we need of ourselves? Also, how do we send them? I was just going to attach them to a blank white sheet of paper with a paperclip. Is that OK?

1. NO STAPLES. Clips are fine.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

So no staples at all for the entire packet? Just paperclip each form individually?

Also I tried to find the guide for my photos question but couldn't when I searched for it.

I-130, one each of the petitioner and alien

I-485 - two of the alien

YMMV

I put my photos in a seal-able plastic bag, and attached the bag to a letter size blank paper. I used small staples and clips here and there to organize, and clipped everything with a large clip, and then put the whole thing in a folder.

Hope it helps a little ;)
