Hey all. I just wanted to know if I should send my I-129f to nebraska or to the california center. I am trying to get everything ready to mail it off. (Thats if I ever get the 1st noa from the I-130) I will try and find out if the money order has been cashed yet. Also, I wanted to know with the I-129f, do I need to mail in my husbands police record along with it? Even though it is squeaky clean? I know IMBRA is supopsed to protect women from the men, right? What do we do as a woman petitioning for a man? What information do they want then??

Thanx!

Pray with me Forrest! Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here..... Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here!

You send it to where it says you should, based on where you live. If necessary, they'll forward it to California or Vermont for processing.

Does it ask for a police record? If not, don't send it. Just send what they ask for.

all K-3 go through National Benefits Center, from the form:

If you are filing for your spouse under the Knonimmigrant visa program, mail your petition to:

B.

USCISP.O. Box 7218Chicago, IL 60680-7218

you have the new i-129f with the IMBRA questions?

you dont need to send of anything like that, just answer the question on the new i-129f and if you have no previous, you wont have to send anything else in :)

If there is a local office near you, I would recommend going there and making sure where to send it. I'm now in Colorado, and the online and form instructions say I'm supposed to send my I-130 to Nebraska, but the local office told me they are sure it's California instead, and that's what the instructions they gave me say. It seems that they have changed the mailing addresses for some submissions depending on the circumstances.
