I received a NOA today which states that in order to speed up processing my case has been transferred to the CSC. I'm still searching for the thread in which I had read about this before but does this mean I won't have to endure the interview up in St. Louis that I thought I was going to have to attend?

Thanks.

K1 TIMELINE:

4-Mar-08 - Mailed packet off to CSC

5-Mar-08 - Packet signed for at CSC (USPS notification)

14-Mar-08 - Touched

17-Jul-08 - NOA-2 Approved!

2-Dec-08 - Interview

3-Dec-08 - Visa in hand.

A fair percentage of AOS cases get "transferred" which generally means no interview. I do not know the rhyme or reason for why cases get transferred or not.
