Hey all.. I just got an rfe and wanted to know how long it will take for them to finish my case after they receive it .. Any ideas.

Advice is appreciated.

I've heard when a officer issues a RFE they hold the file on their desk till the evidence comes in, and then resume working on the petition within a few days. Give it atleast a week after they receive your evidence they requested.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

I would imagine it would depend on what the RFE is for also. If it is something they had to verify it might take longer

They wanted the original marraige certificate since the certified copy had no stamp on it.
