How early can one call for interview appointment?

Hi All,

I have just confirmed with NVC that our petition was already forwarded to the US EMbassy in Manila, Philippines yesterday. I was also given the NVC Case Number. My question is can we start calling to set up the interview appointment date already, or do we have to wait until the USE in Manila receives our petition?

Depends how each consulate does it. Go to the consulate website and review the procedures for making an interview.
