ADMINSTRATIVE PROCESSING

He gave us a green paper n wrote it will take on average 1-3 months.They didnt keep his passport.I will post the details when I in a better moood.

meanwhile i JUST GOT my Interview letter 3 hours ago for August 16 Interview ....

time to get ready with papers , documents ..the best is that wife will be here at tht time :)

03/05/09: K3 and I 130 both approved! FINALLY after 230 emotionally trying days @ VSC!!

03/06/2009 : NVC Received; 03/09/09 Case Number Assigned; 03/10/09 K3 stuck in AP

03/17/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills generated (by email @ 10:00 p.m.); 03/18/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills paid online

03/27/2009 : AOS/DS 230 package sent to NVC; 04/02/2009 : AOS & DS-230 entered into NVC system

04/14/2009 : Found out K3 was forwarded to the consulate in Leb and CR1 stuck in AP; 04/18/09: K3 delivered

04/20/09: WOOHOO CR1 already out of AP; DS 230/AOS accepted with no RFEs!! Sign in failed on NVC payment site.

04/21/09: MAGIC CASE COMPLETE @ 4:30 P.M. THANK U GOD!!!

yah amanda we booked the ticket like month ago hahhaha took a chance.. cuz it was reallly really cheap got it for 670$ but round trip so he will be here next tuesday!! im getting so excited! i just cant wait

omg im soo soorrry to hear! i hope the AP goes by fast, insha'Allah everything will be ok just keep praying ok? Don't lose hope, and like someone said AP is better than a denial, your fiance will be out of AP ultimately with a visa stamp on his passport right? So why worry, everything will be ok just be patient

2 days until my hubby's arrival....I am soooooooooo excited...I can barely sit still at work, not to mention having a hard time focusing!! :dance:

Thanks GS...yes you are right..today is rough...I know tomorrow will be harder to get through and then just as you said, the moments sitting in the airport....I am freaking out & smiling so huge just thinking about it!! Holy #######....I haven't felt like this since the day I flew to Jordan...forgot how good it feels! :dance:

hey GS :) i got approved last week.... its been a week already... still no dates when im going to the states since hubby is still deployed..... and we might be moving next january... could be to europe too.... so im still waiting... and cant do any plans.... that sucks even more.... it gets so depressing.... but im so happy for you guys.... i really wish you all the best with your reunions :) im hoping that mine will be occuring soon as well

thx everyone im happy my hubby is gonna be here in 4 more days!! i have a question my hubby was asking me about how on the passport i guess near the stamp or something there is our nvc case number and then there is a 01 behind it what does that mean.. is that normal?
