Nice pics, Tahoma! Ang gaganda ng kuha, parang post cards.

We've been hiking the past three weeks around the WA area. I'm out of shape kaya hingal na hingal ako. I'll try to post the pics later.

What part of WA kayo nag-ha-hike?

Felb, that's a good idea. I think last year they had an event here for gathering of Filipinos in WA. Di ako sure kung meron ulit ganitong event this year, if ever meron, this will be a good time for a get-together.

Kakainggit. Parang bulak yung mga double lilac.

About the hike, we went to the Lewis River Trail 31 in Gifford Pinchot National Forest for a day hike last May 24. Here are a few pics:

And then on May 29-31 sa Ohanapecosh, Mount Raininer National Forest naman kami para mag-camping at hiking ulit.

Just want to share here the photos I posted in another PI topic "usapang garden"

1242181908.jpg I planted these flowers last week. Fortunately, they're still alive considering that I don't have a green thumb.

1242181564.jpg I bought a growing kit for basil, chives and parsley. Can you see the little sprouts?

1242181382.jpg Last week, too, I decided to replace the mulch in our backyard with river stones for a maintenance-free gardening. I will try to turn my backyard into a Japanese garden.

1242181405.jpg Our backyard was full of molehills at the beginning of spring.

Last year hindi ako nagtanim kasi nga napansin ko namamatay lang pero this year, nag-try ulit ako.
