Ok... here's some more

This was after the cruise... we stopped by to watch sunset kaso nainip na kami so picture-taking na lang.

I have some pictures of the show kaso it's kind of dark. All in all, our one day vacation was a blast. Eventhough we are like 30 minutes away from Branson and can go home after the show, we have decided to stay there for a night to do some sight-seeing. It was really fun... especially when we went swimming (just at the hotel's pool). It was my first time to wear real 2-piece swimsuit. No pictures kase ayaw ni David. Baka daw i-post ko dito sa board.

I can't wait for our next anniversary... Every year we'll do something different to spice up our marriage.

I hope you enjoyed our pics... Didn't take a lot lase shy po ako mag-picture-picture.

Eto naman po yung mga patay-gutom na carps at geese by the dock. I think one carp weighs at least 30-50 pounds. They're really big up close and personal.

Hi, Mae! Thanks for the nice photos you posted. Ang ganda-ganda mo naman. Maswerte si David.

Wala pa ako bagong mai-post na photos while in Manila. Puros kasi family pictures ang mga kuha. If I am able to take nice ones before I leave, I will certainly post them.

Ano pala title nung show na pinanood nyo sa theater?

We also want to share our recent rendezvous in IL and Wisconsin

Chicagopics002.jpg

Finally, with my younger sister Jana, who now lives in Des Plaines, IL..she arrived in the US April 2009 as an Immigrant

Chicagopics005.jpg

A lot of Dipolognons ( my hometown) are in Chicago...here with Benjie, my long time friend who is also a nurse and a lawyer.

Chicagopics006.jpg

Also with another Dipolognon Zenaida..Jana's long time friend and classmate

Chicagopics012.jpg

Just got off the train..my first "LRT" trip in the USA :)

Chicagopics024.jpg

OUr destination.. the Sears Tower in downtown Chicago, the tallest building in America, 2nd tallest in the world. It was during the Independence weekend so we had to join a long line to get to the top. The new feature of the building is the sky deck...

Chicagopics092.jpg

This is how the new sky deck looks like from the street. Awesome

Chicagopics067.jpg

Standing on the Skey Deck..pretty scary looking below..worst, we didnt stay long because a 300 pound lady wanted to join us and the others lol..hmmm Joe didn't like it the scene of 20 people falling from a 114 story building with us in it because the sky deck broke ( just kidding ) :)

Chicagopics100.jpg

With my relatives ( Aunt Gloria- my Mom's second cousin and her children ) who also live in Des Plaines IL ( I envy my sister :( she is surrounded by our relatives and kababayans )

Chicagopics111.jpg

Behind is the very first McDonalds ever built in the US, located in Des Plaines IL...now a museum, the original price of a burger is 10cents

Chicagopics169.jpg

Inside the LAMBEAU field, in Greenbay Wisconsin.....for Greenbay Packer fans, Lambeau field is the home field of the greenbay packers( 6 ime Superbowl champions )..Joe is a long time fan so being inside is a big treat for him.

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

Mae, favorite ko yung pic mo na you are looking out toward the sea.

Thanks for posting your photos blairwhich. Where are you located in the US? Ang laki ng backyard ng in-laws mo ah. Ekta-ektarya!

Jom, taga-Dipolog ka pala. I lived in Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte for a year and finished my elementary there kaya marunong ako mag-Bisaya, hindi ko pa nakakalimutan.

Kakasindak talaga kapag may 300-lb. lady kang kasama sa Sky Deck. Buti hindi bumagsak hahaha!

Ha ha, shouldn't be backyard...it's the vacant lot adjacent to their house. It's like 15-hectare property ata from their ancestors something. I am now in the Philippines and should come to NC this week to be with my husband (deployment from Korea) kaya lang may problema ang Visajourney ko. Anyway that was in Oregon.

Thanks, Ate Cora! I think mas maswerte ako kay David... hehehe. We will be waiting for your new photos. Hurry up!!!:dance::dance: It was actually a musical show. Most of the songs they sung were from the 50's, 60's 70's and 80's then a little bit from the present. Tapos ang nakakabilib is how fast they can change costumes, you know. It's like in a blink of an eye. Then they have Todd Oliver and friends ("talking" dogs). It was worth every penny that we spent.

Mae, favorite ko yung pic mo na you are looking out toward the sea.

It was sooooo peaceful out there... That's Table Rock Lake... sayang medyo late na, we could have swam for a little.
