requirements for AOS?/experiences?

okay.. i thought getting requirements from the place where i have been is all that i have to do.

now another application needed to be file and requirements.

i have read the instruction on filing the AOS. but i wanted also to ask people here.

what requirements did you prepare?

any experiences you might want to tell?

hints and tips?

Karin und Otto is right. Just follow all that step by step guides here on VJ and also attached a Cover Letter for your AOS application. I used two big envelopes for my Employment Authorization and my Adjustment of Status and also separated the Supporting Documents which includes the 3 years Income Tax of my husband and labeled each one of it. Remember, being organized, neat and well prepared are important in your application. I did it all by myself and I'm glad I didn't get any RFE You can also include some Supporting Evidence if you already have them. Who knows your papers will be transferred to CSC. That would be great!

followed the guides to the t....and i got my gc in 3 months. cant say thats what caused it but i sure as hell know it musta helped.
