After getting married with her she will have to file K3 or CR/IR VISA PETITION in USA when it will approve USCIS (UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP IMMIGRATION SERVICES ) will send your visa case to ISLAMABAD there you will have your visa interview . AS A MUSLIM AND PAKISTANI I RECOMEND YOU TO USE A GOOD LAWYER i m also giving you address of LAWYER it will really helpful by help of lawyer you will not have any problem and INSHALLAH you will suceed.

thanks brother but there is another problem,how will i get married,i dont have us visa.and without going to US i wont be abel to get married.

The choices in front of you are:-

1. K1 (fiance visa) - your girlfriend would need to start the petition. This means you would enter the US and get married there. For details, read the K1 forum for procedures.

2. Visitor visa for the US, get married there, return home and submit a K3/IR1/CR1 and wait for approval to enter the US on an immigration visa.

3. Get married in Pakistan and submit K3/IR1/CR1 and wait for approval of immigrant visa.

Details for all of these are in their relevant forums (Forums Homepage), you just need to use the Search facility or simply go through the post titles and pick out the ones that have similarities to your own case.

Lawyers r no good! do it urself unless you have red flags!

Apply for K-1 (fiance) if u want to marry in US

since u r a male, prepare yourself for Admin processing which is unpredictable w/no time limit.
