A# for K2 & current USCIS status

Please help me to fill in I-485 form to adjust K1/K2 statuses. I found my A# on I-94 form, but on I-94 of my son instead of A# there is a WAC# (Washington admission code). Where can I find A# of my son?

Another question is: what shall I write in section "Current USCIS status" if mine and my son's visas are already expired, but I got married a US citizen within 90 days after arrival? Shall I still write "K1 visa holder" or I shall write "out of status" or something else?

I really appreciate if someone can help with that!

Same trip with my daughter. We just put the moms A# and they gave my daughter a new A# later.

Put "Adjusting status" under Current USCIS status.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

OK, I see, thanks a lot! Do you think it is OK to put "adjusting status" in the box "Current USCIS status" and "Current immigration status"?

K-1 or K-2 - despite being beyond, you will still will be adjusting from the original K-1 or K-2 status

WAC = Western Adjudication Center (otherwise known as California Service Center or CSC)

YMMV

Are you suggesting that I must put "K1(K2) visa holder" to the box "Current USCIS status" and "Current immigration status"? Do I understand right?

exactly what I am suggesting... what status are you trying to adjust from?

YMMV

I am trying to adjust my K1 visa holder status and my son's K2 visa holder status, but these visas are expired on February 18, so I thought I am not a "visa holder" any more...

they are not asking about if you are a visa holder but entry status.... Your entry status was K-1, your child's was K-2..... this is the status you are wanting to adjust from

YMMV
