My NOA2 says its valid til may 2009.I was approved the other day an planing to leave JUne 2009, is that ok or what?

Forget the NOA bcoz ur approved already, the expiration date is in ur visa...wait for it.

Correct, that May date is for your Noa2. You have your visa so you are good! Congrats!

You are OK. You needed to have your interview before May. You did. Now your visa has an expiration (6 months). Keep the NOA2 letter for filing the AOS when you arrive in the USA and get married. It is of no further use except as a record of your approval
