Hi!

When i fill the I-765 (employment authorization), i see "current immigration status". As my visa (VWP) expires the 04/14, and that i'll probably send all papers after that date, should i write 'Out of status"?

I see also (same for I-485) "place of last entry into the US". I've been inspected by an officer at Philadeplhia. Then i took another plane to Louisiana. What should i put in that case?

03-21-09 --> Marriage!

07-13-09 --> Application received by the USCIS

08-17-09 --> Biometrics appointment

09-11-09 --> EAD card received!

10-08-09 --> Interview... Approved!

yes, your status would be 'out of status visitor' and your place of last entry to the US is where you were inspected by immigration - so that would be Philadelphia. The flight to Louisiana would be considered domestic travel.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
