I interpret it to mean that

1. they received your RFE response

2. they will continue processing your petition but the processing time is not reset.... you should expect a response within your original processing window

I would take this as good news!!

Who knows... but what is "sounds" like, is your entire petition is going back into processing, but it will take less time then submitting a new one...

It sounds indeed like they´ll just finish processing whatever is it that they hadn´t before, it also shows they opened your RFE and have put you back into the system. I wouldn´t be surprised if you got approved really soon.

It sounds indeed like they´ll just finish processing whatever is it that they hadn´t before, it also shows they opened your RFE and have put you back into the system. I wouldn´t be surprised if you got approved really soon.

Yeah, even though my NOA1 was before yours. :P I´ll be behind anyway, since the stupid RFE hasn´t arrived!!!

I was transferred from NSC to CSC and have yet to receive the RFE too. The only thing I figure I can do is watch others who are getting their RFE's, sending them back and what responses they are getting once the service center has received the completed RFE's.

And then I sit and wait for the same thing to happen to me... :unsure::clock::whistle:

i agree becca... case numbers are SENSITIVE personal information... like a social security card... if i were you, i would send a personal request to ewok to have the case number omitted ASAP!
